REFUND POLICY
At Urban Exotics, every item is made-to-order just for you! Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake. All sales are final during giveaways periods.
RETURNS, DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll make it right! Please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@urban-exotics.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
SIZING ISSUES
Since each shirt is printed just for you, we do not offer exchanges for ordering the wrong size. Please refer to our size chart before purchasing to ensure the best fit!
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
All items are made to order and enter production quickly. Because of this, we’re unable to make changes or cancel orders once they’ve been placed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please check with your local post office or carrier.
