HOW CAN I SEE IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your Urban Exotics account and selecting My Account → Order Status.
Once your order is processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your tracking number and estimated delivery timeline.
If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate your order confirmation or tracking details, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.

IS YOUR CLOTHING TRUE TO SIZE?
Most of our apparel follows standard U.S. sizing and is designed to fit true to size. Our men’s shirts use a modern fit, which is slightly more tailored than traditional box-style t-shirts.
Women’s shirts are designed with a more form-fitting cut, so if you prefer a looser fit we recommend ordering one size up.
Our hoodies are made to be comfortable for layering and typically run true to size with a slightly relaxed fit.

MY ORDER STILL HASN'T SHIPPED AND ITS BEEN MORE THAN 3 DAYS.
While most orders ship quickly, there may occasionally be delays if an item sells faster than expected or if our suppliers experience fulfillment delays.
If your order has not shipped after several days or your tracking information has not updated, please reach out to our customer support team and we will provide an update on your order status as soon as possible.

WHEN DO YOU ANNOUNCE THE WINNER?
After the giveaway ends, all eligible entries are submitted to our sweepstakes administrator, Game of Chance Sweepstakes, who conducts a random computerized drawing from all valid entries received during the giveaway period.
This process typically takes 5–7 business days after the giveaway ends. Once the drawing is completed and the winner has been verified, the winner will be announced on our website and social media channels.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I AM A WINNER?
If you are selected as a potential winner, you will be contacted directly by our sweepstakes administrator using the phone number and email address provided with your entry.
Potential winners must respond within 10 business days of notification and may be required to complete and return eligibility and prize documentation before the prize can be awarded.
You will never be asked to provide payment or credit card information in order to claim a prize.

Please create an account by clicking the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we’ll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
